Organizer side
Hub manager portal
Create your hub, share a join link, publish events, send invoices, email your roster, invite staff, and review requests. This is where the organization gets run.
Run registrations, collect payments, handle staff requests, and stay on top of reporting — all from one hub.
What it is
Driftr is built for groups, communities, programs, companies, clubs, camps, nonprofits, chapters, teams, and creator communities. Each organization lives in its own hub — a shared space for the roster, events, payments, messages, and internal follow-up.
The focus is clear: collect money from members, keep registrations organized, send surveys to your group, and see where things stand — without a pile of disconnected tools.

How it works
Every hub has an organizer side and a member side. Driftr keeps them connected without mixing them up.
Organizer side
Create your hub, share a join link, publish events, send invoices, email your roster, invite staff, and review requests. This is where the organization gets run.
Member side
Members register through your link, sign in to see events, pay invoices, and read announcements. They only see what belongs to their hub.
Hub managers can also send surveys to their members — collect feedback, gauge interest in topics or events, or follow up after a session. Results land in the hub, no separate form tool needed.
Staff members use the staff portal to submit requests for your manager to review. Each role has its own sign-in; nothing gets mixed together.
Getting started
Most people arrive at Driftr through a link from their group, community, program, or company. Here is what that usually looks like.
Create an account, set up your hub, and share your join link. From there you can manage registrations, send invoices, email members, invite staff, and review requests. Sign in at the hub manager portal.
Open the join link your organiser sent you, register once, and sign in to your member portal. You can see events, register, read announcements, and pay any invoices your hub sends you. Sign in at the member portal.
Your hub manager invites you by email. After you accept, sign in to submit requests — reimbursements, supply orders, and other internal follow-up — for your manager to review. Sign in at the staff portal.
Common questions
A hub is your organization on Driftr — a group, community, program, company, club, camp, nonprofit, chapter, team, or creator community. Each hub has its own members, events, payments, and messages. If you belong to more than one, you can switch between them after signing in.
Share a join link for your roster, or publish events with optional fees and capacity limits. Members register themselves. You see who signed up, who paid, and who still needs a nudge — without maintaining a separate spreadsheet.
Hub managers can create invoices or attach fees to events. Members pay online by card. The money goes to the hub's connected account — Driftr keeps track of what is paid and what is still outstanding.
Invite staff members to handle day-to-day work. They submit requests — like reimbursements — through the staff portal. Hub managers review and track everything from the admin side instead of chasing messages across email and text.
No. One email address can belong to multiple hubs. After signing in, you pick which hub you want to view.
A join link is for members. A staff invite is for staff members helping run the hub day to day. A manager invite is for someone who will help administer the hub. Each link takes you to the right place.
You can create a hub and get started at no cost. Payment processing uses standard card fees through our payment partner when you collect money from members.
